Morning Wake Up
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So start off with an omelet made to order at the omelet station, sliced bacon, hash browns, biscuits with gravy, grits, and waffles. Beverages and condiments provided. Chef on-site.
Superb Brunch
Mid day events call for just the right amount of foods. Fresh fruit salad display, domestic and imported cheese with assorted crackers and breads, Caesar salad station served with chicken and shrimp topped with Marina or Alfredo sauce over bow tie and tortellini pasta along with garlic bread sticks.
Game Time
Houston residents love "Game Time". Family and friends gather around to cheer for their favorite teams, or informally celebrate a special occasion. Superb Catering has the perfect plan. Hot wings, dirty rice, and carrot and celery sticks or a vegetable tray are definitely a part of "Game Time".
K-Bob Combo
Everyone likes k-bobs and all different kinds. So this theme allows your guests to have a variety to pick from. Items included: chicken, shrimp, or beef k-bobs, rice pilaf, fresh sautéed vegetable medley, rolls or bread with a green salad.
Elegant Affair
This "Elegant Affair" includes: assorted Canapés, jumbo shrimp cocktail, homemade mini crab cakes, a chocolate fountain with strawberries, fruit tray, carving station with fresh cut turkey, silver dollar rolls, and chipotle sauce.
The Classic
Fancy but not too over the top. The Classic is a traditional standby: assorted spring greens with choice of two dressings, herb chicken parmesan with tomato sauce, roasted potatoes, steamed fresh vegetable medley, assorted baked breads, and dessert tray.
Shrimp Feast
Since Texas is close to the gulf, we have no other choice but to love shrimp. In the "Shrimp Feast", we offer baked shrimp with the option of puff pasta or Spanish rice, sautéed southwestern corn, and cilantro lime dressing with Bruschetta. A southwestern salad is another option to consider.
Louisiana Blend
As a reflection of the flavorful culture of Louisiana, the "Louisiana Blend" encompasses the same. A jambalaya sauté station is provided with chicken, shrimp, and sausage as selections, Louisiana gumbo with rice, and salmon cakes.
Caribbean Corner
If you are looking for spicy, look no further. This menu will have your guests' taste buds sizzling. The "Caribbean Corner" features jerk chicken on a stick with Caribbean rice, and halibut with sautéed peppers.
Fiesta
Mexican food is simply outstanding. Everyone can enjoy a "Fiesta" at any time for any reason. Our menu includes: chicken or shrimp quesadillas, Mexican rice, nacho chips with queso, and baked Mexican style beans. Can't help but to get hungry just thinking about it!!!
Pasta Pleasure
Pasta is always the way to go. Chef Savoie is known for his pasta and it is the most requested item. Sausage, chicken, and/or shrimp served over bow tie pasta with your choice of creamy alfredo or homemade marina sauce. Add your own flavor by choosing fresh spinach, tomatoes, sliced carrots, diced onions, diced bell peppers, or sliced mushrooms. Pasta is topped off with fresh parmesan cheese. Up to 50 people with one chef on-site.
Louisiana Too
Can't get enough of the spice of life. Guests are presented with a little bit of Louisiana as all the favorites are included. Boudin balls (hot or mild), fresh green salad with two dressings, shrimp etouffee with rice, crab cakes, chicken and sausage jambalaya, and peach cobbler and desert bars is what the "Louisiana Too" is all about.
Superb Barbecue
Having people over and they are coming with a real appetite, Superb Barbecue is the menu for you. It includes: smoked barbecue brisket, barbecued roasted chicken, smoked pork ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob, and potato salad. with homemade cornbread For dessert, home style apple pie or peach cobbler. Your guests will definitely enjoy.
Carving Station
Add a touch of class with a carving station for your event. Chef on-site to slice delectable meats to include your choice of: salmon, roasted prime rib, chicken, turkey, honey ham, brisket, or pork loin. Additional meats upon request.

All of our desserts are made from old fashioned recipes past down through time. Some of our sweets include: homemade peach cobbler, apple pie, tea cakes, assorted pound cakes, cheesecake pie, pecan pie, sweet potato pie, and buttermilk pie.
